Kforce has a client that is seeking a Budget Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities: * Budget Analyst will manage the financials for a large team with many sub teams and budgets * Manage the budget and forecast under supervision * Coordinate payment of invoices with Product Owners * Research & correct missing, duplicate or incorrect invoices * Run various SAP reports to view project financial actuals * Reconcile project actuals vs forecast and address variances * Identify, research & resolve unexpected project charges, or charges to incorrect bill codes * As a Budget Analyst, you will coordinate purchase order needs between the Product Owner and Vendor management * Create & submit transactions to address financial corrections * Contact Product Owners and/or vendors as needed to resolve financial matters * Communicate financial status, gaps and concerns with the team lead(s)
