A Kforce client is seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Controller in King of Prussia, PA. This individual will lead a team of Accountants, manage monthly close processes, and be a key cultural change agent. This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role reporting directly into executive finance leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the month-end close process for a $350M division * Supervise, develop, and mentor a team of Accountants * Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations * Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls * Serve as a change leader to foster a performance-driven culture * Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership
