WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Recording invoice details in the organization’s financial system, and daily claim system pool controlProactively addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to invoices to maintain financial accuracyInforming related departments about erroneous invoices proactivelyIdentifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the invoice booking processGuarantee local and export invoices registration, recording reversals, and previous period InvoicesEnsuring invoices adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and any contractual obligationsKEP return invoices registration, recording reversals, customer balance transfers and return provisions, OTV correctionsSupporting the customers for their document requestsBeing a business partner for all internal and external stakeholdersWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Finance/AccountingBachelor's degree in a related fieldProficiency in English is a plus & Turkish is a mustProficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsThe ability to work independently and as a part of a teamSkills
The ability to meticulously review and accurately record invoice details, ensuring precision in financial transactionsCapacity to analyse invoices, cross-reference with supporting documents, and identify discrepancies for resolutionProactive identification and resolution of issues related to invoices, demonstrating problem-solving skillsMaintaining a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial transactions and sensitive informationAbility to work collaboratively with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and vendors, to facilitate smooth invoice processingStrong analytical skills including ability to understand & explain complex processes, establish plans and to manage multiple assignmentsAgile delivery with positive attitudeLeadership
