BSE Regulatory Control - Lead Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


 

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, project management, change management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning within Corporate & Investment BankingBig 4 consulting experienceExperience leading regulatory and compliance related projectsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to understand lines of business and operational processesExperience managing timelines, budgets, forecasting, resources and reportingAbility to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, gather and interpret requirements, present options for meeting needs, and develop effective solutionsAbility to lead meetings, drive agendas forward and influence decisionsStrong problem-solving ability and critical thinking skillsSelf-motivator and ability to learn independently with limited supervisionExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsExperience with Tableau, Visio and Power BI

Job Expectations:

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

New York, NY:  $143K - $224K

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
