With a diverse team of over 700 people, representing 40+ nationalities and speaking 20+ languages, the BSC is the central hub for business services. It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams. **What you’ll do:** The **BSC Operations Leader** serves as the strategic and operational cornerstone of Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center in Budapest. This role is instrumental in driving productivity, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Eaton’s transformation agenda. The incumbent will lead the center’s evolution into a world-class shared services hub by aligning local capabilities with regional business priorities. Key responsibilities include overseeing facility and office operations, environmental health and safety (EHS), transition initiatives, and growth strategies. + **Strategic Site Leadership:** Take full ownership of the BSC’s operational performance and strategic direction. Partner with EMEA functional leaders to align the BSC’s capabilities with Eaton’s transformation roadmap and growth ambitions. + **Productivity & Performance Excellence:** Define and implement KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all functions. + **Cross-Functional Synergies:** Unite diverse functional teams under a shared vision. Facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation to unlock synergies and accelerate value creation. + **Culture & Talent Development:** Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace. Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience, talent retention, and leadership pipeline development. + **Transformation & Growth Enablement:** Lead the execution of strategic projects (e.g., OFTC, Kinexis, Foresight) that expand the BSC’s scope and impact. Build a scalable infrastructure and knowledge base to support future growth and capability uplift. + **External Engagement & Representation:** Represent Eaton in Hungary’s shared services ecosystem, including government bodies, universities, and industry associations. Position the BSC as a talent magnet and innovation hub in the region. + **EHS & Quality Management System:** Implement and continuously improve the safety, health, and environmental system in conjunction with Eaton Corporation guidelines, ensuring the facilities are safe, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, secure, and productive while complying with all local regulations. + **Transition Management:** Provide project leadership for EMEA Supply Chain transitions. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor/ Master degree + Extensive experience in multi-national environment across EU incl. experience working with out of EU partners **Skills:** + Experience in Business Services Center and/or Shared Services is a must.
