POSITION OBJECTIVE
Serve as a leading, strategic guide, and expert in the standards defined for BRPMS (Lean Manufacturing), guiding the BRPMS BUs and technical team to achieve objectives, GET results, and implement BRPMS standards. Serve as key agents of change and continuous improvement.
Take and guide initiatives through general projects, KAIZEN projects, problem solving, or proposals focused on continuous improvement, waste elimination, ideas, etc.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create BRPMS standards.
Support, guide, coach in the development of the master plan annual.
Facilitator and support in the implementation.
GET - Evaluate and present results.
Provide expertise in lean manufacturing system including training, planning, and provide the training needed for the implementation of the tools to be deployed.
Collaborate with the responsible of the areas, contribute on the continuous.
Improvement, support on plan deployment and support during the implementation
stages.
Create the environment of collaborative culture, so that new teams lead by Agent can perform with agility and high efficiency and actively participate in Root Cause Analysis to identify areas for improve.
Organize, Lead, and facilitate events such as Kaizen and Workshops.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for operation/ process control or perefomance, and also for improvement opportunities.
Any other task or responsibility assign by inmediate boss.

Enforce Quality BRP policy
SKILLS/CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:
Lean manufacturing tools knowledge (5S´s, Kanban, TPM, Standard Work, SMED, VSM, BSC, KAIZEN, etc.,) (desirable certification)
Google suite , Excel, Office suite.

EDUCATION/CARREERS:
Bachelor: Engineering or Industrial Administration
EXPERIENCE:
3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing company in contact with Lean manufacturing tools and the implementation of them, KAIZEN Culture.
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage
