The Role
The Broking & Client Service Manager is a key member of our Corporate Risk & Broking team, acting as the central interface between WTW clients, prospects, and various insurance carriers in the market. You will work closely with Producers and internal colleagues to design complex, technically sound risk management programs that meet client needs. This role also involves managing key client relationships, supporting business development, and playing a vital part in driving innovation and excellence in client service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage key client relationships, professional broking and network programs Act as the main contact for IWG (International Work Group) coordination and drive professional partnerships. Support innovation in service offerings and market solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and cross-selling efforts. Drive revenue growth by securing renewals and new business, while improving retention and terms. Design and negotiate insurance programs tailored to client needs. Prepare and submit coverage specifications to carriers, review and negotiate quotes, provide coverage comparisons, and finalize carrier and client confirmations to ensure contract certainty. Act as technical resource for younger placement brokers Maintain accurate data in CRM and broking systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Support other business lines as needed through cross-functional cooperation.The Requirements
Insurance broker’s license Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or broking field In-depth knowledge of insurance contracts and program structures Understanding of the global insurance marketplace Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Hungarian Ability to support and maintain relationships with both carriers and clients Proactive, and business-growth oriented mindsetApplication Process
