Job Description:
[Key Accountabilities]
1. Strategic Oversight & Team Leadership:
- Lead and optimize the import clearance process by overseeing operational strategy, team performance, and resource allocation, while acting as a supervisors for complex cases and escalations.
- Have an accountability/responsibility to achieve group performance and support management.
- Analyzes current departmental processes to identify inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Verifies transactions to ensure compliance with governmental agency requirements. (eg. Support operations plan to align with single window for E-com shpts by KR customs)
2. Compliance Management & Cross-functional
- Drive compliance with customs regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Support coordination across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Assists with problem resolution to meet customer needs and to avoid penalties.
- Find a solution to meet customer's expectation about brokerage service quality
3. Data analysis and support project to support management
- Generates daily, weekly, and monthly and ad-hoc reports to improve service quality / productivity and etc.
- Providing support and make solutions about various project execution and support management
4. People Development & Operational Excellence
- Develop team members, lead high-impact training initiatives, and use data-driven insights to identify process improvements and innovate service quality across brokerage
- Holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals.
- Assists management in resolving individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to help motivate and foster teamwork.
- Work flexibility with other brokerage positions
[Job Requirement]
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in brokerage, clearance and CS work experience is required.
- Written / Verbal English test are required.
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work with no supervision.
- Hands-on knowledge in MS office program.

[Working Hours]
Weekdays: 09:00 AM – 18:00PM (Lunch break: 12:00–13:00)
Saturday/Sunday: Rotational shifts based on a duty roster
