Strategic Oversight & Team Leadership: - Lead and optimize the import clearance process by overseeing operational strategy, team performance, and resource allocation, while acting as a supervisors for complex cases and escalations. - Have an accountability/responsibility to achieve group performance and support management. - Analyzes current departmental processes to identify inefficiencies and cost reduction opportunities. - Verifies transactions to ensure compliance with governmental agency requirements. (eg. Support operations plan to align with single window for E-com shpts by KR customs) 2. Compliance Management & Cross-functional - Drive compliance with customs regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Support coordination across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations - Assists with problem resolution to meet customer needs and to avoid penalties. - Find a solution to meet customer's expectation about brokerage service quality 3. Data analysis and support project to support management - Generates daily, weekly, and monthly and ad-hoc reports to improve service quality / productivity and etc. - Providing support and make solutions about various project execution and support management 4.
