What would your daily routine look like?
You will assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, updating data, and other administrative tasks that may arise daily.You will process customs documents with official agencies.You will be in contact with both internal and external clients, via telephone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English.You will answer customer calls with information for shipping or questions about customs procedures.You will liaise with other departments in the company, primarily Billing and Operations, to provide quality customer service.You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives, providing the best possible service for worldwide shipments while maintaining compliance with customs regulations.In short: you are proactive and organized! Essential qualifications: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training. (A completed or in-process university degree will be an asset).A proactive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills are required.Previous experience in a similar position will be an asset.Intermediate English is essential.Communication skills.Computer skills at the user level are required.Knowledge of foreign trade will be an asset.Availability to work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)How We Recruit
