What the day will look like Act as a broker trainee, participating in all facets of the job: client contact, administrative tasks, and marketing support. Load and process accounts/endorsements, ensuring compliance with audit and compliance standards. Support the team leader in delivering solutions to clients. Perform administrative tasks aligned with internal policies. Backup in the team leader's absence. Work with reinsurers to manage post-account placement requests. Maintain account folders in order, with up-to-date documentation. Respond to requests from the operations/finance team.
