JOB TITLE: BREWERY SERVICE OFFICER - JG9
Roles & Responsibilities:
In-House Services & Contracts:
Monitor transportation and accommodation (Grab, taxi, shuttle bus, visa arrangements), Manage office building (meeting rooms, bar, pantry, furniture, locker, stationery, etc.) Oversee cleaning, gardening, waste management, etc. of the brewery Manage related contracts (transportation and accommodation, land rental, etc.).Facilities and logistics:
Monitor daily canteen services and toxic allowances for staff. Oversee the distribution and maintenance of staff uniforms. Manage facilities and logistics for training courses and workshops.Event & Tour Management:
Support Company events: Family Day, Town hall, YEP, Sport event, etc. and Brewery events: Happy hours/ VIP visitors, Authority visit; green office program. Support brewery tours with Corporate Affairs.Budget & Cost Control:
Control related budget for the Brewery Services. Manage the use of the official stamp for signatures.Receptionist:
Welcome and assist visitors to the appropriate office or personnel. Reception management: Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintaining the reception area. Appointment coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings Office supply management: Ensure the availability of essential items for office and production needs, such as water, beverages, and refreshments for meetings and events.Policies, Standards & Procedures
Ensure up-to-date related regulations and procedures are implemented properlyContinuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve Brewery Services Management performance across the organization by using TPM tools & methodologies.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility management, or a related field
Experiences/skills
At least 2 years of experience in Sustainability & Environment management roles of production company.
Functional Competency:
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience of managing budgets and resourcesDigital Competency:
PC literacy (word, excel, power point, Power BI etc.)Leadership Competency:
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Languages
English proficiency: Intermediate
