Breast Health Program Supervisor
Job Summary The Breast Health Program Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, development, and oversight of all clinical and administrative aspects of breast health services within the organization. This includes breast imaging, patient navigation, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, community outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration. For those with a positive finding, the Breast Health Program Supervisor will facilitate the transfer of patient care to the appropriate treatment team. The role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care throughout the continuum of breast health. Qualifications EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role. 2 year/Associate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Associate Degree EXPERIENCE Relevant Experience CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS BLS Certification PA Registered Nurse License Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) ARRT Certification and registration, advanced level certification in Mammography RDMS in Breast (BR) certification preferred Navigator Certification (CBCN, CN-BN, ONN-CG, ONN-CGT) REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Office Applications Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills Organizational Skills Overview Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, serves communities across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
