Job Description

The AR Analyst is responsible for the delivery process, including anticipations, deductions, and collections, and collaborates with customers, the sales team, CTFMs, and the PS team to resolve open issues. This role emphasizes optimizing standardization, simplifying processes, and driving efficiency. The analyst must work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines while managing a high volume of calls and emails from customers. Additionally, the position contributes to strategic and operational goals, fostering collaboration and a people-centric culture that values empathy, teamwork, and personal development.

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills - it involves interactions externally with Customers.Advance Portuguese B2+.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Teamwork Skills.
