**_Position Description:_**
**_This role requires successful completion of the Train the Trainer class for Braze Coaches, including a one-week trip to another Trane Technologies facility and ongoing recertification by a Master Trainer. Failure to pass the Certification Class or inadequate job performance, as observed by the supervisor or recommended by the Master Trainer, may result in removal from the position._**
**_Training and Certification:_**
**_·_** **_Initial training and certification will be on the day shift (Auditor role)._**
**_·_** **_Upon completion of the certification process, the position will transition to the 2nd shift (Coach role with shift differential)._**
**_Responsibilities:_**
**_·_** **_Train new Braze Candidates to meet Braze Excellence requirements._**
**_·_** **_Create and maintain certifications and training records._**
**_·_** **_Ensure Braze trainees adhere to safety protocols and working hours._**
**_·_** **_Re-certify and audit all Brazers annually._**
**_·_** **_Hold Brazers accountable to the 9 steps of brazing and address violations._**
**_·_** **_Conduct random audits on production lines and document findings._**
**_·_** **_Audit Braze fixtures for usability and document issues._**
**_·_** **_Maintain lab supplies and practice/test items._**
**_·_** **_Continuously improve braze training processes, documentation, and equipment to achieve and maintain high scores on the SharePoint Maturity Scorecard._**
**_·_** **_Support Braze Excellence A3 box 7 as needed._**
**_·_** **_Ensure 100% on-time certifications and six-month audits for Brazers._**
**_·_** **_Manage Braze Excellence Kiosks: create, update, audit, and hold production accountable for braze audits, leak data collection (TLA), and BPS requirements._**
**_·_** **_Maintain production braze equipment (replace defective equipment, adjust gas flows, verify N2 oxygen levels, etc.)._**
**_·_** **_Support continuous improvements on production lines._**
**_·_** **_Attend MWI Braze meetings for each production line._**
**_·_** **_Address Field Quality Alerts for braze leaks, including root cause analysis and fixes._**
**_·_** **_Fill in as a Brazer on production lines as needed, maintaining all certifications._**
**_·_** **_Create morning startup meeting content – (aka Brazer priorities and constraints)._**
**_·_** **_Communicate issues, request support, and notifications (QE, ME, Design, WGMs, etc.)._**
**_·_** **_Perform other quality functions as needed._**
**_Qualifications:_**
**_·_** **_Must become a certified Brazer in all plant processes._**
**_·_** **_Strong communication and presentation skills._**
**_·_** **_Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications._**
**_·_** **_Comfortable speaking in group settings to individuals at all levels._**
**_·_** **_Ability to teach new Braze Candidates about PPE and safe equipment use._**
**_·_** **_Ability to train and demonstrate braze techniques._**
**_·_** **_Knowledge of measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, etc.) and hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, crimpers, etc.)._**
**_·_** **_Strive for improvement and personal development._**
**_·_** **_Creative problem-solving skills._**
**_·_** **_Trustworthy team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills._**

**_·_** **_Willingness to work all shifts and flex hours to meet customer demand, including overtime as needed. Expectation is 10hr shifts / 50hrs week._**
**_·_** **_Relevant 2-year technical degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted._**
**Base Pay Range** (for Colorado Residents): $21.63 - $26.34 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
