Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? **What You Will Do:** We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Wichita Falls as a Braze Apply Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring cracks on engine parts by applying braze material. You will perform tasks such as mixing and applying braze alloy, braze tape, tack welding, and preform and stop-off according to established procedures. The person in this role will have strong mechanical aptitude and be somebody who is highly attentive to details. **This position will train on our 1st shift for up to 6 months before moving to the regularly scheduled weekend shift. The weekend shift, or Alternate Work Week (AWW) is Friday-Sunday from 5am-5pm.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Verify cleanliness and examine parts for braze application + Mix and apply braze alloys to engine parts + Measure, cut and apply braze tape and stop-off as required + Nickel plate parts (if required) + Complete logbook and other paperwork as required + Install honeycomb wire and/or performs with track welder + Perform preventative maintenance as needed + Comply with all documentation (including SOP’s, PMS’s, routers) + Cut and Tack pre-forms + Perform other duties as required in support of company objectives **Qualifications You Must Have:** + High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment + Previous experience performing preventative maintenance + Basic/intermediate computer skills What is my role type?
