**Job Description**
Are you passionate about elevating retail experiences and driving excellence across the LEGO® Certified Stores (LCS)?
Support our global partners retail initiatives for B2B Branded Channel to deliver a consistent, on-brand customer experience and drive growth in this fast-expanding market!
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Deliver global listings, planograms, visual merchandising, store optimization and floor plan recommendations for all B2B Branded sub-channels, ensuring adherence to global directions and standards.
+ Act as a key Retail Business Partner to support local business units across the APAC region to implement retail strategies and elevate the LEGO in-store experience through effective execution.
+ Key liaison between APAC markets and global teams to share insights, best practices, campaign tracking, partner performance insights and support needs within the region.
+ Collaborating on global initiatives to enhance brand presence and shopper engagement.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
As a Branded Retail Store Excellence Manager, you will help drive retail excellence across partners branded stores, focusing on the APAC region. You will work closely with regional channel lead, local Key Account Managers and channel dedicated marketing teams to support the implementation of global retail standards and initiatives that improve the LEGO brand experience and increase shopper reach in the region. Additionally, you will support the LCS Partner Excellence Lead on selected global projects—such as listings and planograms.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing the LEGO® brand to life in LEGO Certified Stores by supporting local teams and Partners in crafting an outstanding retail experience that encourages creativity and connections across shoppers and consumers. You will also act as a compelling storyteller, helping to build belief in the vision and value of the Global Retail Excellence agenda.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Solid experience in retail management or retail operations with a strong understanding of B2B Branded channels.
+ Proven ability to implement pivotal initiatives, including visual merchandising and planograms, that improve customer experience and optimize sales.
+ Strong analytical skills that enable the identification of the optimal product range by store format, using predictive engine SKU performance and potential to deliver actionable insights from trend analysis, campaign tracking and partner performance metrics.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with regional lead, retail training, local teams and global partners.
+ Flexibility to travel as needed within the APAC region.\#LI-SW1
