Brand Standards Vendor Operations Support Analyst

As the Brand Standards Vendor Operations Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the teams that keep our stores and campuses operating at their best. From managing invoices to tracking budgets and vendor communications, you’ll help ensure everything stays on track and on budget.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you’ll doSupport vendor operations across merchandising, facilities, maintenance, and campus teams.Manage records, invoices, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.Track financial transactions and spending across capital and expense budgets.Partner with finance to compile monthly and quarterly summaries.Communicate with suppliers and contractors to keep projects moving.Collaborate with procurement on contract timelines, RFPs, and renewals.
Basic qualifications1 year of experience in operations within a corporate or retail setting.1 year supporting operational teamsStrong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for tracking and organizing data.
Preferred qualificationsExperience with Service Channel, Ariba, or Oracle.Familiarity with managing capital and expense budgets
