Brand Standards Operations Senior Specialist
As the Brand Standards Operations Senior Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining in-store merchandising standards and ensuring our teams have the tools and guidance they need to deliver great experiences every day. If you love connecting the dots between strategy and execution, this role is for you.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll doServe as the key liaison between field teams, vendors, and corporate partners to support merchandising maintenance.Provide clear guidance and documentation to ensure store teams understand how to maintain displays and experiences.Monitor and respond to store escalations, vendor reports, and functionality issues.Partner with category teams to align on key experiences and support training and communication efforts.Support the SEI program by contributing to audits, surveys, and performance insights.Represent the voice of merchandising operations in cross-functional conversations.
Basic qualifications3 years of experience in retail or corporate operations.3 years supporting operational teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience supporting field teams and managing operational escalations.
Preferred qualificationsExperience working with external vendors on merchandising initiatives.
