Purpose of the Position
This role is to execute flagship store (FSS) business nationwide by providing superior consumer experience and implement brand initiatives to enhance brand equity in Japan. This role is responsible for supporting commercial, consumer engagement, and financial operations within FSS ecosystem. In addition, the role is to maintain and further develop indelible service with line manager for IQOS users (LAU) & combustible smokers (LAS) with cross functional teams for NPS and conversion KPIs.
Principal Accountabilities
Accountability 1Support to build strategy and annual plan based on the KPIs, and conduct monthly planning by monitoring and analyzing sales data & consumer insights.
Accountability 2Execute FSS's operational and commercial activities to enhance quantity & quality of in-store experience continuously.
Accountability 3Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, Consumer Experience, Supply Chain, Digital/IT, and Customer Service) to ensure the quality of execution and customer satisfaction.
Accountability 4Collaborate with Global Retail Team to develop efficient in store operations and to maximize the business results.
Accountability 5Drive store staff's eNPS by collaboration with 3rd parties, Area Managers, and Store Managers
Accountability 6Support and execute required financial transaction for sales and FSS operation activities (including FI invoice, PRPO) to comply internal P&P.
Requirements:
College/University degree
5+ years of experience in FMCG or global brands on consumer research/insights, brand strategy and/or business development including internal team management, and 3rd party vendor/landlord negotiation & management. (Propose to remove or put as option)
