Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Brand Protection Manager to join our team in China. This role will report to the business team, with a dotted line to the Intellectual Property (IP) team, to safeguard our brand integrity and IP rights. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in brand protection. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor and analyze market activities to identify, analyze and report potential brand/IP infringements and counterfeit products to IP team. + With the guidance and input from the IP team, support investigations, clearance, evidence-gathering, agreements and enforcement actions related to brand integrity and IP protection issues; liaise with stakeholders including business teams, online platforms, IP counsels and external agencies to address brand protection challenges. + Educate internal teams and external partners on brand protection policies and procedures. + Prepare reports and presentations on brand protection activities and outcomes for senior management. + Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting brand protection. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or above in a related field. Degree in law or legal qualifications would be an advantage. + Prefer a minimum of five years of experience of corporate IP or firm IP experience; strong understanding of brand protection practices and enforcement processes in China. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and organizational skills and can work in a high energy, fast paced environment. + Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. + Familiarity with digital brand protection tools and technologies.
