Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of the clients and help protect their brand and delight their guestsEffectively develop and delivery summary presentations of findings to key property level executives including accurately communicate objective assessments of each assigned location, areas of improvement and recommendationsPartner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challengesComplete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experienceUtilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning as well as a tablet to perform essential job functionsSupport the growth initiatives of our company and our clientsPosition Details:
Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of TokyoPercent of overnight travel required: Up to 50%Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictateYou will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with animal products. Additionally, you will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with the top allergens.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and 2+ years of hospitality industry-related experienceWillingness to complete operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residentsProficiency with current technology and other programs, including, but not limited to Android and Apple systems, Zoom, Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookA valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordValid PassportNo Immigration Sponsorship availablePhysical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry 25 poundsAbility to inspect client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas and going down tube slidesBending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the headStanding and walking for extended periods of time in client locationsDriving/flying to client locations as neededPreferred Qualifications:
