**PXP Brand Producer Internship – Summer 2025**
**Program Dates:** June 9 – August 15 (10 Weeks)
**Location:** 35 West Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601
**Pay Rate:** $20/hr
**Responsibilities**
**About the Role:**
As a Brand Producer Intern, you’ll work alongside the Production team supporting the clients of Leo Burnett. This 10-week summer program offers hands-on experience in bringing creative campaigns to life while learning the inner workings of agency production.
You’ll gain exposure to a variety of production types—including traditional (TV, radio, print), digital (social, web, mobile), experiential, and content production—and help coordinate efforts that turn great ideas into great executions. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with directors, editors, photographers, and more, as you help manage projects from concept to delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn what it takes to be a producer in a fast-paced, creative environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Work closely with the production team to support project coordination across various mediums
+ Assist with scheduling, tracking, and communication between internal teams and external vendors
+ Learn how to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
+ Gain insight into client needs and how to maintain creative integrity across platforms
+ Participate in team meetings and help streamline production processes
+ Support live action shoots, editorial, animation, or post-production work as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Rising senior, recent graduate, or early-career professional pursuing a path in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field
+ Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
+ Passion for storytelling, creativity, and collaboration
+ Comfortable working in a team environment and eager to learn
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Previous production experience or interest in agency life is a plus

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
