THE JOB: 
Are you passionate about shaping brand stories and creating memorable experiences?  Aria is looking for a talented Brand Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will lead campaigns that effectively promote our brand while also enhancing the guest experience with your warm demeanor and exceptional service.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  $23.00 Aria / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide channel management with the necessary information to run campaigns effectively and ensure everything meets quality standardsAnalyze campaign performance and recommend strategic changes to improve marketing effortsResearch marketing trends and find ways to apply them to MGM Resorts International’s business practicesTrack internal benchmarks to stay aligned with marketing trends and delivery standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 18 years of age or olderSix (6) months of previous Marketing experienceMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysFamiliar with Adobe, Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools preferred
