We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic Transplant Franchise team at Sanofi UK/IE. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting the development and execution of brand strategies. You’ll be involved in launching an innovative treatment in the transplant space, contributing to patient-focused initiatives, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration — all while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Program details:
Start date: September 2025 Duration: 3 years Schedule: 4 working days per week (minimum of 3 days in the office), plus 1 dedicated study day Working Hours: 35 hours per weekMain responsibilities:
Help shape and support brand strategy and execution plansGet involved in market research, forecasting, and product performance trackingAssist in analyzing customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, digital)Support the creation of patient-focused materialsJoin brainstorming sessions and pitch your own creative ideasProvide admin support to help keep our marketing engine running smoothlyAbout you
Completed A Level BCC (104 UCAS points) or BTEC National Diploma DMM (112 UCAS points) or Access to HE qualifications with 9 Distinctions and 36 Merits or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (112 UCAS points)5 GCSEs A-C including Math's and English (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from hands-on experienceA strong communicator with great attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A natural team player who can also manage tasks independentlyProactive, organized, and full of creative ideasNice to have:
