The Opportunity 

This is an exciting 12-month limited term contract where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Oreo portfolio.

How You Will Contribute 

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will: 

Support end to end marketing and brand strategyDelivery of current year plan and support development of three-year commercial plansWork cross-functionally to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing communication plans, with a focus on winning from the store outWork with marketing mix, using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiativesBuilding Brand equity: deliver brand promise, vision, position & architecture. Drive consumer understanding & insights that defines our consumer needs, attitudes & values for consumers to have a stronger & more impactful brand experience


About You

Previously marketing experience in either ABM or BM role in FMCGOpenness to learn & grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large and complex organizationProficient in Nielsen, analytics and creativity; a growth mindsetCommercial / financial acumenProject management skills – understanding of process, timelines, business case, ability to work cross-functionallyTertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business
