Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

How you will contribute

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role

Main Responsibilities:

Building long term business plans and strategy for Countlines and Refreshing BeveveragesP&L responsible for Countlines and Ref. BevMonitor revenue, profit and performance targets for your segment.In close co-operation with Sales, secure a successful yearly growth plan for Countlines and Ref. Bev. in line with overall Chocolate growth strategy incl budget responsibility.Implementing media strategy and ensuring consistency in communicationDriving Countlines and Ref. Bev portfolio by innovation and optimizationWorking with Cross-functional team to deliver on innovation pipeline through project managementManaging daily business: Business analysis (Nielsen, GfK, Shipments, etc), budget and P&LManaging collaboration with external agencies 

What you will bring

Education / Certifications: Preferably in Business or MarketingExperience from Brand manager or Junior Brand manager roles, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.Passion for business, brands and understanding our consumers Experience from building business plans with revenue growth focusAnalytical skills and a creative mindset Ability to manage multiple stakeholdersStorytelling in an inspiring and convincing manner Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG/retail market is meritingKnowledge of Nielsen Connect & Ad-hoc and GfK is meritingKnowledge of both English and Swedish is meriting

What you need to know about this position:

This role requires self-drive, growth mindset and a can-do attitude. You will need to work both with a team and independently.Maternity Cover (1 year) in Upplands Väsby with possibility to WFH 2 days/week.
