We are looking for a Brand Manager (Energy Drink) to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul. The role will directly report to Energy Drink System Lead. Responsibilities Create Turkey communication strategy with a close contact with Global & Sector teams & Local cross functional teams Work closely with Insights team to get deep dive consumer understanding and build strong communication programs for energy brand through ensuring annual detail marketing calendars & TCP execution keeping alignment with all key stakeholders (Media, PR, Digital teams & Event agencies). Drill for new consumer insights through consumer data analysis and interpretation, leverage business knowledge, insights and analytics to clearly identify problems to solve (shopper, customer, category and company), Gain market share and improve penetration and brand plans in full synergy with the mid & long term agenda. Contribute to Strategic Plan Manage brands’ A&M budget (deviation from target budget) Qualifications Universty degree 5-6 years of marketing Experience Excellent command of English Strategic thinking skills Analytical and problem solving skills Attitude in influencing large teams and stakeholders. Good crisis management skills. Good communication skills Demonstrated leadership and team skills Creativity Results orientation Strong social skills to work in harmony in a Cross functional Global-Sector-BU environment with high exposure to senior management level
