Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Support the management of the  Soft Cakes & Tender portfolio in Germany, ensuring execution aligns with the overarching brand strategy set by the Marketing Manager. The BM has responsibility for two segments within the German Chocobakery business – Soft Cakes & Tender.Develop and implement marketing plans for the Soft Cakes &Tender  segments, integrating and  amplifying European projects while recommending scalable locally-created initiatives when needed to achieve business objectives. Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive dynamics to provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing  Manager. Oversee a segment of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, spend tracking, and delivery of targeted outcomes. Implement the media strategy and develop the integrated marketing campaign for Soft Cakes & Tender across all touch points, ensuring brand consistency, recommending a clear set of KPIs and strong consumer engagement  Develop the innovation pipeline for their two segments, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and resolve/recommend operational challenges when needed. Work collaboratively within the Biscuits & Baked Snacks marketing team, providing guidance and support to junior team members, while contributing to overall team success.

University degree: Business, MarketingRelevant professional experience in a marketing department (5-7 years) & in an international FMCG environmentSolid experience on guiding teams to success; Very good track record on brand building, activation & product launchesAbility to work with autonomy, Creative and open minded, Organizing and problem solving skills, Analytical and structured thinking, strong presentation and engagement skillsSkills on computer literacy, esp. MS OfficeEnglish and German fluency
