Brand Manager

We are looking for a BRAND MANAGER to join our Commerce team.

 

Job Purpose:

To drive an effective marketing performance in order to improve the brand reputation, influence purchase and raise the sales volume. Overall, responsible for development, management and implementation of all the efforts as outlined in the marketing plan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

To define the brand’s status and to drive team to create and implement outlined brand activities in a timely and quality manner, within all approved budgets as per brand plan Develop on and off premise promotional programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with maximum impact and within the agreed budget. Maintain the brand activity calendar Planning all activities related to the brand’s sponsorship properties to ensure maximum leverage of the sponsorship investment. Ensure brand touch points and activities continue to excite, according to brand platforms and set stretch goals for brands Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance, and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives. Actively participate in PR management for the brand, including the development of consumer and trade events, and positive press mentions and reviews in order to maximize brand exposure. Effectively project manage all assigned programmes ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with maximum impact and within agreed budget. Manage the ongoing development and stock control of the brand’s consumable and premium items to ensure a contemporary collection is maintained with no out of stocks. Conduct analysis of market and competitive trends to develop annual and 3-year marketing plans according to company’s portfolio strategy and long term business goals. Step change the quality of display of promotional items and marketing campaigns To conduct/drive research-based results on consumer needs. Thereafter, to use consumer insights to develop appropriate brand developments / innovation required for growth of brand health and performance. To drive, plan and manage project team (both internal and external) to achieve results in marketing related activities on product development, advertising, consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, online/digital marketing.. To conduct post campaign reports to capture results and identify areas for future improvements.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields More than 3 years’ experience in brand development or marketing positions Experience in project management is a plus Analytical skills on business and development of marketing strategies Good communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, Work well under pressure. Driven, motivated with a good work ethic and eagerness to learn. Self-starter, Good Attitude and team work Willing to roll up sleeves and work with sales rep and executives to lead by example Fluent in English Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia / Mandarin would be useful
