We are looking for a qualified Branding Manager to join our team to manage Manulife branding activities and drive the success of key cross-functional initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic planning and concept development for key brand campaigns/product launching and activities in the yearManage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive impacts on brand and business performanceManage consistent brand communications across all public and customer channelsMonitor and analyze brand performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.Manage vendor resources and business-as-usual activities of the brand departmentManage UX/UI projects to enhance user experience across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.Partner with external agencies and vendors to optimize brand positioning and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 3-5 years of experience in similar roleGood communication skillsAbility to drive creative concepts and engaging content.Proven experience in social media, communication, and promotional events…Experience in UXUI is a plusA customer-oriented mindset with great customer service skills
