About the role:
This position is responsible for management of congenital hemophilia A and B therapies and a medical device, including Advate, Adynovate, myPKFiT and Rixubis, by developing and executing commercial strategies and promotional tactics that differentiate Takeda brands based on clear understanding of the brands’ clinical values, corporate objectives, market dynamics and the healthcare environmentThis position is also responsible for developing annual, mid-range, and long-range plans and forecasts for the responsible brands thereby managing the brands’ lifecycleHow you will contribute:
Product lifecycle management
Establish brand plans and manage brand lifecycle managementDevelop and implement strategic imperatives and tactics to maximize the brand potential through understanding of the market dynamics and customersMarket intelligence
Use and interpret appropriate data /evidence to inform and/or make robust strategic and investment decisionsUnderstand the patient journey and treatment pathway.External / Internal stakeholder management
Inspire and engage cross-functional team to ensure effective and timely implementation of the brand planDevelop and maintain effective relationships with the customers and key stakeholders to support successful commercialization and long-term strategic ambitionEngage medical/external scientific associations and opinion leaders in implementing commercial activitiesOperational plan implementation and resource managementEngage customers and create a tailored customer experienceLead A&Ps budget allocation and ensures appropriate return on investmentEnsure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standardsWork with the sales forces
