Brand Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:    The mission of the position is leading Cross Border Ecommerce Pediatric brand strategy, social media & campaign activation to drive total business result.Three Main Responsibilities:

50% - Lead CBEC pediatric portfolio strategy (including infant milk and kids’ nutrition), independently lead brand and EC campaigns and social media execution.

30% - Prepare annual brand plan, communication strategy, lead all assets preparation and content strategy.

20% - Connect with regional and affiliate marketing teams, and closely work with cross functions (sales, supply chain, R&D, medical, etc.) for overall brand management.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:Lead the total brand strategy & annual brand plan, take responsibility as the brand owner, in charge of the brand A&P, market share target and business result delivery.Independently lead campaign for CBEC Pediatric Nutrition (Pediasure & Similac). Lead full year marketing campaign strategy and calendar across main touchpoints to drive business related ROI metrics.Keep abreast with the latest trend in the online/e-commerce channel. Keep close contact and good relationship with marketing key counterparts at B2C platforms to understand their latest strategy and tactics.Supervise & track the execution and  KPIs of the marketing activities, lead the weekly and monthly tracking and give insightful comments with clear next steps.Work closely with affiliates local country marketing team & regional marketing team to ensure adapting the latest strategy, and share back the CBEC latest progress and result.Continuously optimize and test on new campaign approach based on historical learnings, new market and consumer trends and data-driven experimentation.

8.REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

Great marketing sense with strong brand strategy capability; Proven capability in independently leading brand campaigns and delvering results; FMCG or beauty or Mum&Baby category experience will be plus.

Position experiences:

At least 7 years working experience in brand marketin, with digital marketing background is preferred.

Language Skills:

Exellent communication with Mandrine and English is must.

Computer Skills:

Familiar with office soft ware

Mobility:

Able travel based on business request.
