Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** The Brand Manager will manage Baylor Scott & White Health Plan’s Medicare and ACA Marketplace lines of business, assisting the Director of Marketing and Fulfillment with the development of the annual marketing plan and the execution of all marketing materials. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, member acquisition, and retention through integrated marketing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and resonate with diverse consumer segments. The pay range for this position is $87,297(entry-level qualifications) - $147,0144(highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience. **Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:** + **Brand Strategy & Positioning** + Develop and execute brand strategies for Medicare Advantage and ACA Marketplace products. + Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while tailoring messaging to meet the unique needs of each audience. + Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and differentiation. + **Campaign Development & Execution** + Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and grassroots outreach. + Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling creative assets and messaging. + Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as enrollment, engagement, and retention. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Partner with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Member Experience teams to align brand initiatives with business goals. + Ensure all marketing materials meet legal, CMS, and ACA regulatory guidelines. + **Market Insights & Consumer Engagement** + Leverage data and insights to understand consumer behavior and preferences. + Develop targeted strategies to engage diverse populations, including seniors, low-income individuals, and underserved communities. + **Budget & Vendor Management** + Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives. **Key Success Factors** + Strategic Brand Leadership + Ability to craft and execute brand strategies that differentiate Medicare and Marketplace products in a competitive landscape. + Clear articulation of brand value propositions tailored to diverse consumer segments. + Regulatory Fluency + Deep understanding of CMS and ACA marketing regulations. + Proven ability to develop compliant marketing materials and navigate regulatory reviews efficiently. + Consumer-Centric Mindset + Strong grasp of the needs, behaviors, and motivations of Medicare-eligible and Marketplace-eligible populations. + Ability to translate insights into compelling, culturally relevant messaging and experiences. + Cross-Functional Collaboration + Skilled at working across departments (Sales, Compliance, Product, Member Services) to align brand efforts with business goals. + Effective communicator and influencer at all levels of the organization. + Campaign Execution Excellence + Demonstrated success in launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. + Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision. + Data-Driven Decision Making + Proficiency in using analytics to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies. + Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations. + Adaptability and Agility + Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with shifting priorities. + Quick to respond to market changes, regulatory updates, and consumer feedback. + Innovation and Creativity + Brings fresh ideas to elevate brand presence and engagement. + Willingness to test new approaches and technologies to reach and retain members. **Belonging Statement** We believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported, and that our workforce should be reflective of the communities we serve. **QUALIFICATIONS** + EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification + EXPERIENCE - 10 Years of Experience As a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
