\nJob Summary
\nThe Brand Manager will manage Baylor Scott & White Health Plan’s Medicare and ACA Marketplace lines of business, assisting the Director of Marketing and Fulfillment with the development of the annual marketing plan and the execution of all marketing materials. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, member acquisition, and retention through integrated marketing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and resonate with diverse consumer segments.
\nThe pay range for this position is $87,297(entry-level qualifications) - $147,0144(highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
\nKey Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
\n\nBrand Strategy & Positioning\n\nDevelop and execute brand strategies for Medicare Advantage and ACA Marketplace products.\nEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints while tailoring messaging to meet the unique needs of each audience.\nConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and differentiation.\n\nCampaign Development & Execution\n\nLead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and grassroots outreach.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling creative assets and messaging.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as enrollment, engagement, and retention.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nPartner with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Member Experience teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.\nEnsure all marketing materials meet legal, CMS, and ACA regulatory guidelines.\n\nMarket Insights & Consumer Engagement\n\nLeverage data and insights to understand consumer behavior and preferences.\nDevelop targeted strategies to engage diverse populations, including seniors, low-income individuals, and underserved communities.\n\nBudget & Vendor Management\n\nManage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives.\n\n\nKey Success Factors
