The Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for our shop and festive products under Häagen-Dazs brand. This position also leads the overall CRM and digital marketing strategy to enhance consumer engagement and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Be the Owner of Haagen-Dazs local elevated product experience (Shop, Gifting, Festive products), lead and manage comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market awareness & accelerate business growth. Manage and develop the brand portfolio and build consumer demand through in-depth knowledge of the market, channels, brand, and the consumer. Lead the overall digital marketing strategy and utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, improving acquisition , engagement and retention. Monitor marketing intelligence and conduct market analysis to identify trends, translating insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and implement effective omnichannel initiatives. Partner with external agencies, including creative, media, and PR, to ensure alignment of marketing communication strategies. Plan and analyze A&CP spending to maximize ROI and effectiveness Requirements: Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline A minimum of 8 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG, Retail, F&B industry, preferably with leading MNC companies. Proven track record of developing and executing innovative brand strategies to accelerate business growth Excellent project management, timeline management, interpersonal, and supervisory skills. Strong creativity and strategic thinking, with solid analytical skills and business acumen. A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is committed to achieving collective goals through collaboration. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
