What you'll do
You will be contributing to the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the assigned V&I products throughout their lifecycle and will oversee the success of designated projects that truly deliver for patients, healthcare providers, and AZ. You will be directly accountable for the impact of designated projects in the V&I therapeutic area in Romania and will deliver this by innovating and competing effectively through cohesive global and local cross-functional working.
Key responsibilities
Understands and articulates the patients’ perspective from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. Uses this and marketplace insight to deliver effective and competitive strategic and tactical marketing plans;Create innovative business plans, encouraging the broader cross-functional team to take smart risks and apply ambitious metrics, and is accountable for the success of the planDevelop of strategic plan at the account level, identify opportunities, and shape tailor-made initiatives for the brandBuild partnerships and networks with external and internal stakeholders and ensure optimal flow of business, serving as a central connection amongst team membersDrive broader cross-functional teams’ and organizations’ engagement to achieve goalsYour profile
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or business disciplineRelevant experience in the bio-pharmaceutical commercial field, ideally with a brand management role or assignments in specialty care (immunology / biologic products would be an advantage);Patient-centric approach with thorough knowledge of patient flow/journey.Strategic thinking and brand strategy - a strong understanding of brand building and clear strategic and imaginative thinkingCollaborative and inclusive; ability to work in an organization with cross-functional, diverse teamsAnalytical thinking and data synthesis abilityResult-oriented mindsetCuriousness and learning agilityEffective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact with multiple levels within and outside of AZUnderstanding of Account Planning and Customer ManagementSolid literacy of the digital environment and an omnichannel approachExcellent communication skills, written and presentation, in Romanian and EnglishHigh ethical standardsWhy AstraZeneca?
