**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting 12-month opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Premium Biscuits portfolio (Olina’s Bakehouse & OB Finest), across Australia and New Zealand and key international markets.

**How You Will Contribute**
Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will:
+ Support end to end marketing and brand strategy
+ Delivery of current year plan and support development of three-year commercial plans
+ Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing communication plans, with a focus on winning from the store out
+ Work with marketing mix, using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
+ Building Brand equity: deliver brand promise, vision, position & architecture. Drive consumer understanding & insights that defines our consumer needs, attitudes & values for consumers to have a stronger & more impactful brand experience
**About You**
+ Previous marketing experience in either ABM or BM role in FMCG
+ Agile & creative mindset, with a deep passion for driving growth
+ Openness to learn & grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large and complex organization
+ Proficient in Nielsen, analytics and creativity; a growth mindset
+ Commercial / financial acumen
+ Project management skills – understanding of process, timelines, business case, ability to work cross-functionally
+ Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business
