**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Develops specific marketing plans for products or species
+ Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications.
+ Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising.
+ Analyses data and makes strategic recommendations. Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches.
+ Recommends pricing strategies, and monitors budget and expenditures. Ensures product placement and development corresponds to market needs.
+ Represents marketing group on cross–functional team interfacing with product development, production, and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines.
**Requirements**
+ Degree in Veterinary Medicine/Business Administration/Marketing/ or related area (MBA will be an advantage)
+ At least 5 years-experience in the Animal Health area of which 2 years are in a Marketing role
+ High integrity and ethical standards
+ Flexibility (open to change, adapts to the situation)
+ Analytical ability (outlining, specifying, rational)
+ Persistence and consistence, able to work under time pressure
