The Job:

The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategy including, but not limited to supporting including product launch planning, product messaging, photography, video and collateral development, campaign management, retail merchandising and sales promotion. 

Create a vision for the future of the brand and establish a roadmap to elevate brand positioning in the hearts and minds of end usersManage brand marketing campaigns, including content and full campaign toolkit creation, optimizations and reportingWork with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver improved end user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline)Develop media approaches and plans, working with both internal and external agenciesEnroll and engage product and commercial partners and senior leadership to plans proposedCoordinate with cross-functional teams and with agency partners to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class content.Lead Rapid Experimentation to test & learn new marketing tactics and approachesPartner with the research team to gain insight into how our user segments experience the brand to create user-based benefit driven campaigns for core and new product categoriesWork closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth at key retailersWork with Global Marketing Digital team on objectives, KPI alignment and tracking of digital ecosystem and make recommendations to improve executionsWork with Brand Franchise Leads in developing a quarterly review of brand activation results from previous quarter and Calendar / Marketing Overview for upcoming quarter

The Person:

3+ years of brand marketing experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing or communications a plusExperience in Brand Campaign Development & ExecutionExperience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leverage insights to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting out on performance
