In your hands." **Main responsibilities:** The position is for a Brand Manager under the Allergy Team. This person will have two primary responsibilities: **1. Innovation Manager-** This person will be the lead for all Innovation projects for Alesion and will be responsibilities for leading the NPD process by partnering effectively with key stakeholders like IPM, R&D, CMI, Science, Finance, Supply Chain, and others. This person needs to have strength in Concept Development (Ideation, concept writing), Business Plan Creation (Volume Forecasting, P&L drafting, Pricing set-up), Project Management (Scheduling, Managing different stakeholders), and Launch Plan Development. **2. Brand Manager for Allegra Fx Premium-** Lead the achievement of business and financial KPIs of assigned brand by creating effective marketing activities. The projects can be a whole range of marketing activities: brand strategy development, digital advertising, influencer marketing, annual brand plan development, and management. It is expected to collaborate with, and potentially lead, multi functionals brand team consists of R&D, regulatory, medical, trade & shipper marketing, finance and so on. It is expected that his/her activities meet the brand strategy and achieve the annual budget (P&L) and mid-long term plan. **About you** **Education background** + Bachelor Degree or above **Knowledge, experiences and skills required:** + Must have 5+ years experience in FMCG marketing + Interested in science and has a genuine passion for helping people live healthier lives + Must demonstrate strong strategic marketing skills, backed with not only data-driven thinking but also with deep understanding of consumer insights and strong creativity + Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and excellent project management skills to deliver projects on time with high quality + Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and engage cross-functional peers, including regional/global members, to secure excitement and support + Must have strong financial acumen- including but not limited to Forecasting, Pricing set-up, developing PnL, and business plan creation + Must have strong analytic thinking and must be able to extract key consumer insights and translate them into Innovation concepts + Must demonstrate strong problem solving and PDCA skills; Agile and flexible + Passionate about building one Team and developing people (people management experience preferred) + Genuinely curious with a strong passion for learning + Must have rich experience in media-led consumer marketing campaigns, especially strong in driving earned media and social, and also PR activities + Must demonstrate strong external agency management skills **Language skills:** The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in both English and Japanese, as they will be required to communicate effectively in a business setting in Japan and with regional stakeholders and participate in global business interactions. Additionally, this role will need excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in both Japanese and English.
