**Role Overview:**
Brand Execution Services Manager OC will be responsible for leading and executing projects required to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements impacting the Africa Eurasia portfolio across Oral, Personal, and Home Care categories. The role focuses on mapping affected products, identifying compliance solutions that are aligned with both brand and category strategies, and maintaining optimal consumer experience and perceived product superiority.
The successful candidate will drive seamless implementation and transition processes, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure timely and excellent delivery of all compliance projects across the division.
**1. What are the key responsibilities & delivery?**
+ Project Leadership: End-to-end management and implementation of all regulatory-driven portfolio transition projects for the Africa Eurasia Division, ensuring 100% on-time delivery against regulatory deadlines.
+ Program Coordination: Lead regular updates, follow-ups, and meetings with cross-functional teams, divisional Hubs, plants, and key stakeholders. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project-related matters.
+ Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain continuous alignment and drive accountability among Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, NetOps, Packaging, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
+ Change Management: Map impacted product portfolios, coordinate formulation adjustments (ingredient substitutions/updates), and initiate the development of new product briefs to guarantee regulatory compliance without compromising on consumer experience or brand superiority.
+ Documentation & Tracking: Create and maintain clear project documentation, trackers, shared drives (Google Workspace), and SAP records to ensure visibility, traceability, and effective knowledge sharing.
+ Artworks & Communication: Oversee the Artwork (AW) briefing process for minor regulatory-driven changes in collaboration with packaging and hub teams, ensuring accurate and timely packaging transitions.
+ Process Improvement: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Non-NPD (non-new product development) regulatory processes.
**Key Interfaces:** Brand Teams, Supply Network Operations, Divisional Hubs, Packaging & Artwork Specialists, Regulatory, R&D, Legal, Marketing.
