Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Brand Training Specialist to join our Deneyimle Keşfet (Experience & Discover) project team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering engaging product trainings to off-trade retail partners through our specially designed training vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute structured visit plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.Track and report on visit plans vs. actual performance monthly, providing clear insights and recommendations to management.Utilize storytelling and compelling narratives to communicate brand messaging effectively, ensuring alignment with Pernod-Ricard’s values and mission.Deliver training programs designed to help customers build strong partnerships and foster collaborationEnsure all training content reflects consistency in brand messaging and adheres to Pernod-Ricard’s core values.Develop training materials that emphasize the importance of customer centricity in brand communication and relationship management.Conduct over 800+ customer visits and training sessions annually to enhance product knowledge and brand engagement.Deliver effective trainings to distributor sales teams to support field execution and sales performance.What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand training, marketing, or communications is necessary.Language: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is requiredWhat We Offer
