Your Role

As a mid-level designer, you will play a crucial role in driving creative projects, collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and other graphic designers. You are a hands-on designer with a passion for inspiring design and visual storytelling, capable of capturing and communicating a client’s brand essence and story using 2D and 3D applications.
What You Will Do
Lead the design and delivery of the graphic/branding aspects of projects, from concept through execution. Develop design concepts, layouts, and artwork, taking initiative and ownership of projects. Provide strategic recommendations and creative solutions to meet client objectives. Apply independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and significant adaptation/modification of standard techniques and procedures. Collaborate effectively with project consultant teams, ensuring cohesive project delivery. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of graphic/brand design principles, graphic standards, technical details, codes, and material characteristics. Produce creative print collateral, digital, and environmental solutions that resonate with target audiences. Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into cohesive deliverables. Interface with clients to present design concepts and progress updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, environmental graphic design, information design, communication design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of successful project execution. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite. Strong interest or experience in UX and UI design is highly desired. Exceptional illustration, typography, composition, and information design skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment. Experience in visualizing ideas in two and three dimensions. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing brand experiences, especially as translated to built environments. Excellent presentation and writing skills.
