CBRE is the place where talented people who want to do impactful work can realize potential in every dimension. **About the role:** As a CBRE Brand Design Manager, this position will focus on the ability to understand the client's total portfolio, company values and initiatives and translate it into physical space through a combination of graphic storytelling, experiential installations, and interior and architectural finishes to create uniquely spaces. The Brand Design Manger will collaborate with the Sr. Brand Design Manager, Sr. Program Design Manager, and other cross-functional partners as it relates to workplace brand experience within a variety of real-estate locations globally. Must be an innovative storyteller and think both strategically and creatively. Storytelling through design is a critical aspect of this role. Must be able to translate business goals and objectives from a variety of internal partners and leaders into strategic creative approaches and systems to bring the brand to life in an engaging and inclusive way. Candidate must have an ambitious mindset to push work beyond expected. Design intent should be crafted through a scalable lens. **A typical day may involve :** + Design consistent, compelling and highly creative environmental brand experiences across diverse Real-Estate locations + Research location specific brands and culture and translate their stories into built environments visually + Collaborate with Program Design Manager for seamlessly integrated designs + Provide guidance on Architectural and Interior finishes that meet the holistic TCCC experience + Reference construction documents for coordination and understanding of built environments + Integrate brand experiences within both existing spaces and new construction + Understand and interpret visioning results into local storytelling and brand experience + Strong abstract thinking and ability to synthesize information into a compelling, easily-digestible story + Develop compelling branding, brand proposals and experiences + Present design concepts to key-stakeholders + Produce detailed design intent direction and documentation for partner fabricators to produce from + Oversee fabrication and installation processes + Drive efficiencies in storytelling and implementation by creating necessary resources or strategic documents that maximize creative efforts effectively + Provide Graphic Design feedback, guidance and designed packages on internal workplace initiatives like signage packages, digital strategy experience, exhibitions and frameworks that follow Brand Standards + Benchmark and research best in class + Ideate on new strategic initiatives and evaluate past projects for continuous improvements + Participate in office culture and initiatives **About You:** + Design Degree from any of the following fields: Graphic Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design or Architecture with strong Graphic Design Skills and Experience Required + 4-6 years of experience after graduation in a related field + Strong ability to communicate and translate brand stories through visual communication in built environments (environmental graphics, custom experiences, interactive installations, etc.). + Comprehension of architectural scales, sections, plans and elevations + Working knowledge and communication of architectural and fabrication processes, vendor management, basic materiality, and design documentation + Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) + Ability to work in 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Dimension is a strong advantage, but not required + Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills + Strong presentation skills and ability to covey concepts verbally + Works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment + Experience with Wayfinding Signage is a nice to have **So, what's in it for you?** + Annual Merit Increase + Performance Bonus + Medical Coverage (incl.
