Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for oncology products, driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and commercial success. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to develop impactful marketing plans that support business objectives to lead marketing strategies and drive brand growth for our oncology portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for oncology products aligned with business goals reflecting updated oncology trends, treatment guidelines, and healthcare policies

Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, sales, market access, as well as related Global & Regional Commercial Teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

Lead the creation of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and educational content tailored to healthcare professionals.

Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Support sales teams with training, tools, and insights to maximize customer engagement Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

 

 

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in product/brand management or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
