Brand and Customer Manager - Oncology

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic BCM (Brand and Customer Manager) to join our Oncology Marketing team. This newly created role will focus on pan-tumor initiatives, supporting cross-indication strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive pan-tumor strategy and leading projects that span multiple tumor types, with a strong emphasis on innovation, differentiation, and value communication to leverage our Oncology brands for better outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Formulation Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that address pan-tumor needs, ensuring alignment across indications and functions.

Cross-Tumor Leadership:
Lead initiatives related to new product formulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support lifecycle management and innovation. Taking a holistic, cross-sectional approach within the oncology business to identify interdisciplinary needs, issues, and opportunities (such as MDT optimization) and challenges, formulating strategic plans, and spearheading their execution.

Competitive Strategy:
Monitor the cross-indication competitive landscape and develop proactive strategies to address current and emerging threats across indications.

Value Demonstration:
Partner with medical, access, and HEOR teams to articulate the brand’s value proposition across indications, supporting internal and external communications.

Project Management:
Drive execution of non-indication-specific projects, including congress planning, promotional material development, and strategic marketing initiatives. Lead the engagement with cross-tumor stakeholders including pathologists, nurses, radiotherapists and other non-indication-specific sectors and segments.

Differentiation Planning:
Identify and execute strategies to differentiate the brand in a competitive oncology environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (medical, regulatory, access, sales, etc.) and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD) - Advantage

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in oncology

Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project leadership and strategic planning

Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and work alongside diverse individuals across various teams and organizational levels.

Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

High level of English – written and spoken
