Brand and Customer Manager Oncology

Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in oncology? Do you have a proven track record in brand and customer management within the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand & Customer Manager to lead our Women’s Cancers portfolio in Slovakia.

About the Role:

As the Brand and Customer Manager Oncology, you will be the driving force behind our therapeutic area, inspiring both internal and external stakeholders with your vision and expertise. You will be responsible for the revenue and promotional budget for the country portfolio, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring the successful execution of brand strategies and tactical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect customer insights in the field and conduct market analysis to understand the landscape, customers, and competitors

Lead cross-functional projects in the women’s cancers therapeutic area

Develop and execute brand strategy based on organizational and market insights

Create and implement tactical plans and customer solutions, including digital marketing initiatives

Set and deliver on KPIs, ensuring accurate budget management

Monitor sales performance and track expenses in line with budget

Deliver impactful brand communication assets and solutions to all key customers and stakeholders, utilizing both face-to-face and digital channels

Support product access in the market through close collaboration with Market Access, Medical Department, Key Account Managers, and other relevant teams.

Key Result Areas:

Align local strategy with cluster and regional teams, adapting brand plans to local needs

Engage and inspire internal stakeholders, leading brand team meetings and supporting the sales force

Roll out customer solutions and tools, acting as the in-country point of contact for marketing stakeholders

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, KAMs, and account leads to drive brand success

Identify opportunities for brand growth and profitability, optimizing resource allocation and monitoring performance

Adjust brand value propositions and customer solutions based on feedback and results.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

3–5 years in a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) or similar role, ideally within oncology or women’s health

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaboration

Passionate, open-minded, innovative, and results-oriented, with a commitment to making a difference in patients’ lives.
