Brand and Customer Manager- Oncology
Brand & Customer Manager leads Oncology therapeutic area and are able to engage all internal and external stakeholders with their passion and vision. Inspire their coworkers in order to propose best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.
Key responsibilities:
Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitorsLead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas Develop and execute brand strategy based on inputs from all parts of organization as well as market insightsCreate tactical plans and customer solutions (including digital marketing) based on agreed strategy Calibrate KPIs and delivering upon themForecasting accuratelyMonitor sales performance and track expenses according to budgetDeliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical f:f and digital channelsSupport access to our products in the market by developing solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Trade Channel, KAMs or any other relevant teamsRequirements:
Minimum: University (economy, business or scientific) Master degreeMinimum: 2-5 years commercial/marketing experience, brand experienceExperience in Oncology therapeutic area is a big assetField experience is an assetEnglish business proficient and local language is a must (Czech)Entrepreneurial mindsetStrong business and financial understandingCurrent Employees apply HERE
