Brand Ambassadors – VW Track Event Activation (Calgary Area)

Training Friday July 25th at 1pm

We’re hiring 3 energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors to support a large-scale track event near Calgary. This event is fast-paced and exciting, and we’re looking for individuals who thrive in active environments and are confident engaging with the public.

Event Schedule:

Set-Up: Wednesday, July 30 (Afternoon/Evening)

Event Days: Thursday, July 31 & Friday, August 1

Approx. shift times: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (subject to change depending on event and teardown needs)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and accurate key messaging to event attendees

Distribute samples and promotional materials

Assist with event set-up and teardown

Maintain a clean, organized, and branded event presence

Create a memorable and positive brand experience

Requirements:

Prior experience in brand ambassador or promotional roles is an asset

Comfortable with long hours and outdoor work

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must be punctual, reliable, and upbeat

Overnight accommodations available if desired
